Ongoing Training

 

Training is conducted via the Internet through secured communication between distrib-u-tec trainers and your local workstation. A catalogue of standard training sessions is available to plan training for new users and ongoing training.  Intermediate and advanced users may request customized training sessions based upon their current needs.

Remote Connection Support

Remote communication software is loaded at every client site to allow direct and immediate response to any problems. This method of support is designed to get you running smoothly in the shortest period of time possible.
