WMS Mobile Data Collection The WMS Mobile Data Collection suite works in conjunction with distrib-u-tec's Warehouse Management System. This suite of mobile applications runs on Intermec handheld computers with integrated barcode scanning. They allow warehouse personel to load transactions from distrib-u-tec through a wireless network and then scan barcode to automatically identify items, locations and skids. Using automated data capture and identification helps increase productivity while at the same time eliminate errors commonly associated with warehouse transactions. Remote Sales for Laptops If your Sales force is currently faxing or phoning their orders in to the office, or if they are keying their orders in after their calls, then the Remote Sales companion product to distrib-u-tec may be what you need to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. This program allows Sales Reps in the field to enter sales orders via a notebook or other PC computer device. All orders are downloaded either by docking at the home network station or remotely uploading via the Internet. Sales reps may view AR, Inventory and order profile data in the field. |

EDI With distrib-u-tec the sending and receiving of EDI documents is integrated. No re-keying is required. An EDI file is generated for each trading partner and transmitted to EDI translator software of your choice or our preferred EDI partner called ProLink. ProLink sends the file to your trading partners through a VAN (Value added network) using standard modem or Internet protocols. Incoming PO detail can be directly imported to distrib-u-tec orders for fulfillment. Outbound invoices can be sent in your trading partners preferred format. All standard formats are supported. Custom EDI can be accommodated between Trading Partners as well for Sales data with buying groups and Department or Franchise sales to Corporate head office |

Web Ordering distrib-u-tec's Web Ordering add-on facilitates a secured environment for your Customers and Sales reps to enter their orders directly through the Internet. This is the preferred method of order placement by the Food Service Industry. All web-orders flow seamlessly into the distrib-u-tec order fulfillment system. Sales reps and Customers may enter orders from any computer anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A convenient order guide template and access to other specific account and inventory information is available by account. All web-order sessions are secured and require ID codes and passwords that are defined on the Master Customer files in distrib-u-tec. |

Production The production module is designed for corporations that require MRP and scheduling features, yield management and more extensive manufacturing processes than those that are available in the base suite. This fully integrated module handles raw materials through to finished goods. Costs of finished goods can be tracked by actual lot or production run. Average weighted costing or cost to the individual lot level are available. |
